Your information, plainly.

What this website stores

Nothing about you. The date picker and enquiry forms do not send your details to our servers. When you send a request, your message opens in WhatsApp and goes to us from your own phone.

What we receive

If you message us, we receive what you send: your name, your WhatsApp number and the dates and details you wrote. We use it only to reply, to arrange and confirm a stay, and to look after you during it. We keep it for as long as we need to do that, and as the law requires.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons are used, so we can improve the site. It records page views and button clicks, not your name or messages.

Maps and WhatsApp

The map only loads from Google if you tap "Show the map". WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp (+44 7741 718651) or email fitaaba@gmail.com.
